It's the 4th day of Ramadhan and like what I've thought, I'm having my menses. So it means there's no fasting and tarawih for me. I feel sucky because of that, like it's a waste of Ramadhan with me having my menses. But then, I have to think positive because this is a gift from Allah and I can't deny and hate things being granted by Allah. =D

We'll be having a university talk tomorrow and I'm kind of excited! I want to go to the Arts and Social Science talk by NUS. Yeah, this one is of the utmost importance. Yang lain miss also I don't mind. Like what the school says, there are 86 more days till the As! Omo omo omo! You know, lately I've been having these stress attacks and I would just breakdown anytime anywhere, especially when I can't seem to solve and answer questions during my revision. Sometimes, I even have suicidal thoughts. I think that really is stress overloaded. Even though there's already 20 ranking points in the bag, I still feel insecure. I need 50 more to secure a place in the university. Even the thought of it makes me depressed. Haha, but I will always try to cheer myself up. For one, through K-Pop!

Friday (yesterday) was a very long day. After lessons, there was Sports Day. Most of us planned to escape right after taking our attendance at 3.15pm. But they locked the school gates and me and Nabilah even kena halau-ed by the annoying security guard and Mrs Nordin. Nabilah even had to miss GPAC and I felt so guilty. My plan to watch Captain America earlier also had to be cancelled. Walao I was so pissed and I swear I can never get pissed or angry because I'll feel like crying after that. So we lepak-ed at the prayer place and was later joined by Shabirah, Rafidah, Zakiah, Atikah, Qaisurah and Sharifah.

They also wanted to cabut!!!

I seriously think that we lack school spirit. Sports Day was like blah. I should have just gone back home right after lessons at 12.45. But this time, my second try to escape was a success. Me, Jo, Sharifah and Qaisurah walked very quickly through the main gate and I really wanted to scream out of joy and success when my foot first stepped out of the gate. Oh the feeling.

Later that night, I watched Captain America and we stumbled upon Cikgu. Hahahahaha! Long time no see cikgu! And Captain America was super awesome and I think we're very hardcore as we're one of the few who stayed right until the credits finished rolling just to catch a snippet of the Avengers. Chris Evans is really hot. I could imagine myself touching that solid and sinewy muscles. Wow.

Yesterday was Sunday and I accompanied the Harris to Jep's place since he's leaving for Mesir in a week's time. You see, I wore my wedges the whole day yesterday and I can admit this finally: I am a fool to do so. I have 4 blisters because of the wedges. Thank you Harris for supplying me 4 plasters, hahaha! I ended up buying a $5 pair of slippers and wore them in the middle of Orchard Road. It was red! So I kind of not regretted buying the slippers cause they're actually pretty.

Met Meera and and lots of my juniors from Irsyad. Shazaa received slaps, pinches and finally a hug from me. Lololololol! Sorry if I hurt you! I think that's just my way of showing I miss you lah. Hahaha! I'm not a person who gets all emotional when missing someone and just hug a person right there and then. That action alone makes me awkward. Yeah I said this before, I get really awkward when I receive hugs.

Yeay this is me and Meera and I got to test out my new phone's camera! I like the images' orange and pinkish tinge. Kinda make them looked professional, lol!

3 more months to the As! I'm like at the epitome of stress. Is there such a thing? Haha! My integration sucks so much that it kinda makes me lose the hope of scoring a B for Math. My target is to get an ABB, then can apply for scholarships! I have this Brightsparks magazine and it has these whole pages of scholarships and their pre-requisites and I find them very useful.

There's also this one important thing I would like to announce: My phone wallpaper is MBLAQ's Mona Lisa's mv lah! Cool or what?! That alone makes me excited like whuuuuut. So I have Joon's brooding eyes staring at me all the time and Thunder's cool dance at the end prompting me to join him. Can I join? But I'm such a noob in dancing.

Actually, I just wanted to test out my new app on my new phone. Abit jakun here. Hahaha! You see, yesterday I renewed my phone contract and got myself a HTC Wildfire S. It's just too small. I prefer very big screens. So I returned the lg optimus to daddy since I sort of borrowed it from him when my Samsung Jet was spoilt.

I also got myself a new pair of beige wedges from Charles & Keith and an FCUK watch! Hahahaha! I guess we spent alot. The sale at C&K was like rabak you know! Up to 50% off summore! And we bought 3 pairs because they were so cheap! If you're really thinking of shopping, you seriously have to shop now. The GSS is almost coming to an end so prices are like boomz! Go go go!

I'm right outside the school now, waiting for the bus to arrive to be specific. School has been... A major source of energy depletion, I guess. My Prelims results also speak for themselves. I am still not ready for the big As. But yeah, this whole mood-wrecker kinda makes me more motivated to study and just keep on revising. Have to keep this in my mind: Must stay happy.

Yesterday was Muaz's birthday (HAPPY 10TH BIRHDAY!) and the family decided to watch Harry Potter on impulse. It was at 9 pm mind you. Actually, I was ready to sleep right after Maghrib because I wasn't feeling good but Harry kept me awake. It was, I think second best to the Socerer's Stone. The ending was so funny! They managed to make Harry, Ron (with a pot belly), Ginny and Malfoy looked 19 years older. I even laughed in the cinema when Harry pull Old Voldy to him when he wanted to jump off the tower (Harry said, "Together." Hahahaha!!!) because it reminded me of a particular tumblr post. LOL.

Anyways, there's SHINee's concert on the 10th of September at the indoor stadium. The most expensive ticket costs $218 and me want go!

Yesterday we planned a suprise birthday party thingum for Filzah. In the end, it worked! Haha! She ended up lying slash sitting on the kitchen floor when all of us came out of one of the rooms, carrying a cake.

We even had time to try the new $3 frappe and chocolate melts. I swear that I was steaming when I ate the chocolate melts. Sumpah, mampat! I thought the frappes were gonna be awesome. But they were too sweet though. But I really wanna try then again and since tomorrow's the last day of promotion, I'm gonna have them on the morrow! Yummeh!

Prelims is now officially over!

Amidst the exam, I even had time to watch these: Transformers (twice), Monte Carlo and Absolute Boyfriend. I even had time to play Sims Castaway on PS2 and Pokemon Diamond.

Absolute Boyfriend made me cry. How can the robot freaking died man?! He is one hot robot and hot people don't deserve to die. They deserve to take up the lead roles in dramas and live long. I'm certainly in denial. The robot gave up the girl to the other guy in the end through a letter. Wah so sad.

Today, we also learnt that all the J2s must come to school for College Day tomorrow. Cheat my feelings only. I thought I could at least have a day of holiday. Hey school, you're making me so pissed and I ain't like it.

Left with 3 more days of Prelims. Can the days go by faster ya Allah so that my temporary misery will end very, very soon? This is official: My A levels is gonna last from 9 November to 28 November. The Maarif students got it bad. Theirs is until the 1st or 5th December (I can't remember which). HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Baik korang!

I have no school today! So let me write up on a very short post.

So how's prelims so far? It's been okay except for Math. The paper was like zzzzzzzz. I don't understand why they wanted to set a difficult paper that i don't even think would come out in the As. Very unlucky. Almost every single one of my papers is a 3 hour long paper and I suffered the worst during Geog. Hahaha. By the time the paper ended, there were bruises.on my hand. Plus, there's one more Geog paper to go. Alahai. I can't also seem to sit still for 3 hours. Sitting there quietly irks and irritates me a lot.

But yeah, 1 more week and tomorrow's Physics and I haven't studied.

3 more days till the end of the holidays. I am so dreading it. Oh my God Syafiqah, you only have to last for 2 weeks. The thing is, the first paper on Monday is like a total zzzzzz. There's Math paper 1 and Physical Geog. Maaaak datuk, how can I do it?

I'm only left with Atmosphere for Geog but anything can happen for Math. I'm only hoping for a pass this time. Haha. After Prelims, I want to play Rock Band and Mordern Warfare 2 ok? I guess it's time for me to update!

So how's the johor trip? Awesome lah cause I got to eat a lot! Okay, we also ended up waiting for Fatin for an hour at Woodlands. Thanks Atayn. Hehehe. The line going into Johor was exasperatingly long and we could only enter Johor by 10.30 and that was like 3 hours of waiting.

First stop: Mdm B's house. That was our stop for lunch and what greeted us were spaghetti, secret recipe's chocolate cake and prata! Pictures on FB thank you very much. Madam cooked for us and I felt so touched! She also treated us to dinner at Banafee and I tell you, the food there is very pricey. I was very jakun there because the place was so unlike anything I've ever seen. It sort of had a beach kind of feel with live performances in the background. Oh yeah, there was also a karaoke and shopping session in between. I got myself a new bag! Nyahaha!

So that was it. I really am grateful to Mdm B, Halim and family for driving us around and ultimately, for being excellent hosts. Thank you! :D

I spent my Monday and Tuesday in irsyad as a faci for the MAXIMA day camp. I admit that the first day was a total bore. But the second day was another thing altogether.

It was MAXIMAWESOME!

Hahahaha! Yes, it really was. We had games, quizzes and a talk by the alumni. To top it off, I received the pencil box that I've been searching for the past week lah! How MAXIMAWESOME can the day get?

But now, I have to get back to reality. Prelims is in about a week's time. I am so not ready. Then there's the trip to Mdm B's house in JB with my girls tomorrow. I tell you ah, I really can't wait to swim! Weeeeee~!

Early in the morning I had to go to Irsyad just to settle a few things for the MAXIMA day camp. What I thought would be a very short day and thus, a very conducive day for revision turned out to be blah. We had prata for breakfast, thanks to Izzah and Shariff. Maryam and I tried to make things easier by spazzing about KPop at the back, sorry for the lack of attention! I also think that I might have a bit of ADHD in me. Hahahaha! You see, I can never sit still, always laughing even though there's nothing funny going on (that's what I mean by finding humour in everything) and my brain tends to switch off if I find a particular topic not interesting to me. At times I feel guilty for not paying much attention to people but I can't help it. The exhaustion didn't help too. Hehe. I think the tiredness is partly my fault. I slept late yesterday because of the Korean Dream Concert. Eh, Taemin's getting hotter lah!

After the end of the 7 hours discussing period, I was totally exhausted and could only think of sleep. Revise my ass. Tsktsk. I would promise myself that I would go to the library tomorrow and study ok? I need to finish off the week's load of revision work by tomorrow. Prelims will be coming in 2 weeks time and I know that I'm not prepared for it. Thinking of it makes me want to hide in a cubby hole forever. Cute kan? Hehehe.

Mummy's coming home tomorrow! I can't wait! Less house chores for me (and tak payah kejut orang untuk solat subuh)! Wooohoooo!

KPop Heal the World Concert 2011

I can't believe it but I went and watched it yesterday! It was mega awesomexxzzzz! I got the tickets for cat 1 at $40 each, so I thought why not. It beats the original price of $230. What a rip-off. I think maybe the show tak laku, that's why they're selling it so very cheaply. I saw some of the section chairs draped in black cloth. Dah nampak sah tak laku.

So, there were T-Max, Orange Caramel, After School, T-ara and MBLAQ performing. What made my day was that I got to see Joon ripped his clothes live! Aaaaaaaaah! The abs!!!! What ticked me off were the security guards. Actually, we were not allowed to take any pictures or videos. So, we have to sneak around and take them quietly. I was caught by them twice, hahahaha! But in the end, everybody got up on their chairs and took them during T-ara's performances. Security guards 0, audience 1.

I decided to see MBLAQ at the airport just now after school. I went there all alone -dengan semangat yang kental- just to see my Joon! But thank God I bumped into my cousin, so I didn't feel like a total loser. She was with her friends so I just went along with them.

When they were walking down the aisle, I was totally stupefied. First in line was Mir. He looked so beautiful that I can't keep my eyes from him, thus resulting in me not being able to give more attention to the others, haha! Then there were Thunder, Seungho, G.O (he was wearing a mask and I must say, he's very short) and my Joon (he wore shorts!)! They were all wearing black, Seungho being the most unfashionable of the lot. Sorry but I'm gushing! Hehehe. All I could say is, the looked so pretty. =D

And I just knew that 'Arif and Tamlikhaa will be representing Singapore, along with 2 RJ and a VJ student against Brunei in Titian Minda. All the best guys! I am also very proud to see 2 Irsyadians making the team. Allahu ma'akum!

There's school tomorrow and I want to go through Litosphere tomorrow. I haven't started on Geog and Econs oh God. Exams is just a month away and I'm so scared that I feel like peeing in my pants thinking about it.

By the way! I've been so addicted to Hani Yori Dango that I finished the whole season 1, 2 and the movie in 3 days! Hahahahaha! I think I've fallen in love with a new dish: oat prawns.

I had the best ones in Hawa. The area's located somewhere in Little India and it was beyond awesome! The prawns were super big and the oats were very tasty and sweet that I could just eat 5 plates of it on my own. I told Harris that he can belanja me 5 plates of oat prawns on my birthday. Really, I don't want anything more. The food tastes damn good.

Semester 2 has also ended. But I have to go to school twice on the first week of June. There's Geog lecture, consultations and Statistics test. One of the teachers said that we have to at least clock in 8 hours of study time per day. Walaowey. I've never done that before in my whole entire life. I swear to you that is gonna be hard cause I usually last about 1 and a half hour in front of a book. May Allah help me.

You all also know that the rate I eat is unbelievable right? Now, I'm starting to see its effects. Hahahaha! Padan muka! I vow that I'm going to get my weight back to 47kg, if better, 45. Stupid doctor wants me to gain another 3kg. What the *TOOT*. She buta already meh? Tsk tsk. So, at least 50 sit-ups a day and trying to cut down on my food consumption is one way. Go me!!!

What else? KPOP! I can't go to Beast's fan meet because of Prelims and I'm depressed. You people go and talk about Beast's fan meet to me, I'll go and scream at you! Chincha! (HAHAHAHA!) And Shinee's come up with their Japanese version of Replay!

Selasih and I ended up not going to the open house. We're depressed.

Actually the bus (151) arrived at 4.20 but it was our fault that we didn't hail it earlier. So we missed it. We ended up waiting for another 25 minutes but to no avail. So we gave up and lepak at McD. Sigh. I guess it's not our rezeki.

Anyways, 2 July is Beast's fan meet in Singapore and I'm having my prelims during that week! Gosh. It's not fair. How come they didn't want to come last year for a fan meet? -..- Hampa saya. Saya adalah dah excited nak pergi but ended up ada prelims.

Ni dah DOUBLE KILL ni. You know, double kill from DOTA? Hahaha. Kay. I'm being lame.

Had great fun last night at the BBQ. This is me with Alicia Bodoh (she always call me bodoh, stupid and any word that goes along with it), my bestest buddy! Actually I had fever yesterday so I didn't want to go. I forced myself to go in the end. Atikah and I ended up bringing home 1 bag of uncooked satay each. Heaven lah I tell you! I also think that my house has an almost unlimited supply of food right now. Yesterday when I reached home, there were bags of McSpicy meals in the kitchen -courtesy of aunt- in which there were 4 or 5 meals in it (?), then there were durians, be it the fruits themselves or in boxes. You name it. Oh, and I brought home stingray! Wooooots! Now mummy's making a durian cake out of all that durians. Did I mention that daddy cooked Beef Steak yesterday and Mee Soto today? Walao. Imma become a pig.

On a side note, Khaulah and my cousin, Deena, already bought tickets to the 2011 Korean Music Wave. But I'm not jealous though since most of my favourite bands are not there except for Teen Top.

Anyways, the GE 2011. Aljunied has fallen and our Foreign Minister is not elected as MP. We also lost our Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Zainul Abidin. What happens then? This makes me scared. Haha. Furthermore, I feel that the GRC system does not really promote the value of being competitive in each nominated MPs. Being in a GRC allows some to take a free ride and does not allow the best person to become an MP. Take Nicole Seah for example. I think if she contested against Tin Pei Ling in an SMC, she might have won.

But on the whole, I salute the way PAP has handled our county. Our government is even in the top ten list of the world's 'cleanest' government in the world. We have seen Singapore maturing over the last few years. Our country is already in the top ten list of the best countries, people. So don't complain too much. The high cost of living? Even the government cannot really do much to solve that problem. All they can do is to remove the GST on goods. The high cost of food and oil around the globe is the root of the problem. The political unrest in the Arab world and the unprecedented natural disasters only exacerbate this problem. Even the government couldn't do anything about the global price of oil and food. GST? Well in my opinion, if the governtment did remove it, where will they get our country's income from? Our country's reserve will then grow at a very slow rate. So you can say bye-bye to the money government gives out. Haha.

The only solution I see is that they can increase the wages of workers, especially those from the lower and middle income group so that they will be able to cope with the increasing cost of living. Once again, I hope under the re-elected government, Singapore will grow even further and the problems of income disparity will lessen. Do your best PAP! =D

I bought Rick Riordan's latest book (look to the left!) yesterday. It's the sequel to The Red Pyramid and I bought it on impulse. There were piles of the book sitting in front of me, just in front of the entrance of Popular. They were sort of calling out to me, kehkehkeh. I'm currently at page 4. No time to read lah. But I'll try my best to read as much as I can during these long weekends.

There is also this idiot who kept something from me. I just knew that he has Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Zzzzz... It's when there is something wrong with the median nerve in the wrist, causing numbness, weakness and muscle damage in the hand and fingers. He said that he's going for checkups but if he doesn't get any better, he may need surgery. Walao. Tu lah. Nampak sah he kena the syndrome because of the frequent use of the lappy. You know, typing on a computer keyboard is one of the mos common cause of this syndrome.

The week is finally over!

I feel so happy that the weekends are here. Concert and CCA are now over. But the exhaustion is just... Indescribable. Yesterday was performance day and I reached home around 11.45 pm. Early in the morning today, I had to wake up for the mentoring program in Irsyad. So I was like abit stoned and dead. Sorry ah mentees. Hehe. I went back home, I slept at 3 and woke up at 9 pm to the smell of durians. I guess I won't be sleeping early tonight. Since I voweed that I won't do any work today, I guess I'll be watching movies online. Hehe. And Harris is in Malaysia now! So there's nobody to layan me now. Booooo!

Plus, the week ended with Kate and Prince William's wedding. The gown was a beauty and Kate looked so gorgeous. I am still in awe of the wedding actually.

I just realised that our country will be having super long weekends for 3 weeks straight. That is so unbelievably awesome! Harris confirm going on a holiday this weekend. I've stopped doing Econs for awhile, after Maghrib I'll continue with the powerpoint slides. You know, she gave us 3 homeworks to do and it's only H1. For God's sake. I have other things to do man.

I GOT SILVER FOR NAPFA!!! YEAYYYY!

That is after running for how many times already. Timing's 16:14.Syukur Alhamdulillah. I was depressed the whole of last week because I thought I failed my run and heard that it was 16:41. But it ended up being the above timing. I wanna say thank you to Hamizah who ran with me for the entire 6 rounds. Sorry I shouted and screamed at you throughout the run (I can be a bitch when I'm tired, hehe). She forced me not to give up and forced me to sprint for the last 200 meters. Thank you! Oh, the smell of the black sands on the field made me want to yack. Urgh.

This week has been hectic. I got Bronze for NAPFA but you know the school, they die-die want Silver. So now I have to retake my 2.4km run next week. Hahaha! Good luck to me! I also set my new personal record in sit-and-reach. I could stretch up to 59cm. THAT IS WOW. I never thought I could do it because last year I could only reach 42cm. This is a major feat for me. WOWOWOWOW.

Meanwhile, PW results are out! I got an A! Thank you Allah! I have 20 ranking points in my hands now (my H1 Malay is counted since I wanted to get into Geography in NUS). It is best if you can get 65 points in total to get into Uni. I guess now I somehow know what I want to do in the future. I'm targeting this for A Levels: ABB/A. I'll try my hardest ya Allah and all I need is your barakah. =)

This is my PW group and I looked like an Orang Utan once again. Hahahaha! But this time with a proper black tudong and a long sleeved tshirt. There's Masaki, Eswari, Gilbert and not forgetting Mrs Yang. Thank you teacher for the countless 'vague' that you scrawled on my PW drafts. I guess they helped me alot.

I believe that this week has been the most exhausting week out of my entire JC life. I just cannot take it. If I can get more than 6 hours of sleep, I will be so, so happy.

At present, my whole body's aching. We had to do the 5 stations on Tuesday and I failed my standing broad jump. *Waddatoooot* Out of all things! -..- I tell you ah, if they say I have to retake NAPFA when I already got a Bronze I will say no(!!!!). You see, my school has this stupid idea that we must at least have a Silver. It's like you die-die must get a silver. Major pain in the butt. I had my 2.4km run on Wednesday. I passed it with a timing of 16 mins 24 secs.And that definitely cannot happen without Humy. Hahaha! Thanks ah you! She held my hands on the last round because I pancit already (after 2 weeks of not running) and I was ready to give up. So, the official test will be next week and pray for me ya! =D

I received some of my Block Tests results already and they are disappointing. I passed Physics (YEAY!!! AND I THINK THAT THAT IS A MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT ON ITS OWN!)but I failed Math and GP. Saddened. Still haven't gotten back Geog and Econs. I wanna pass them! Inshaallah.

I swear I have no mood to play ITGirl now. But I do have the mood to play Cityville. Blame it on Miqdad and Muaz. Initially, I wanted to buy a pair of slips on that costs around $20 and below because it's high time that my 4-years-old Everlast gets thrown away (it doesn't even fit me since so long ago and I don't have a clue as to why I always wear them. They gave me blisters all the time. Oh the torture.).

First, we went to Kappa in JP - HI HANNAH! HHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I SAW HER HANDLING THE BLENDER LAH! - since Miqdad also wants a pair of shoes for school. Mummy wants me to buy a shoe there. But it was too purple for me. I wanted the shoes from Rubi but she and my aunt said that if it was me wearing them, it'll be in the dustbin anytime soon. So finally, I (or rather my mum) bought this!

Thank you Mr Lee Cooper for designing such a beautiful pair of shoes. It's actually a guy shoes but I just don't fancy the girls'.

FRIDAY IS FINALLY HEEEEEEEEEERE! HELLO MARCH HOLIDAYS!

Okay. I should definitely get back to reality. I will only allow myself one day to lepak and the others to mug for Block Test; it's right after the march holidays. We had GP's last Wednesday and for the love of God, I panicked and was so kanchiong. Pffft. That's why I couldn't finish my AQ. It was a bit hard. If I get a D for it I'll be the happiest girl in school. Haha.

This week, my Econs teacher asked my classmates and I this,

"Do you read newspaper everyday?"

Of course you would have gussed that most of us never do that. Then she said this,

"Then you won't get an A."

That one simple statement now drives me to read The Straits Times every single day - if I can - and to also find other reading materials just so my general knowledge can be improved. I'm just so scared that I won't get as much As as I want for the As. Plus, my Physics is bad. Innova's passes for last year's A Levels were also not of good quality (Wah, can hyperventilate sey thinking about this.).

I'm just so tired. I realised that now, I slept at around 10 almost every single day. Before this I slept at around 12-19 (the huge difference!).

PE didn't help at all. This week's was really strenuous. I think ah, if they keep this up, my calves would have gotten muscular. They're a bit toned now. Wooohoooooooooooo! My run on Thursday was also consistent. I seriously wanted to pengsan when the fourth round started but I felt so freaking paisey if I give up because later people will think me weak; so I die-die finish the six rounds all around the 2 minutes mark. Alhamdulillah. By the way! I did that while listening to KPop! My first song was Bonamana and it did make me run fast. Hurray SUJU!

You know, we had this CCA fair in school yesterday. Yep, we were all excited about it. So we went to decorate the room, prep ourselves up but only less thann 15 people came in. I was utterly disappointed. Urgh.

Today I had to go back to Irsyad to help Cikgu Zul out with the Sec 5's amazing race thingy lah.I also had this university talk which I think if I didn't go pun like cantik like that, kehkehkeh. So Nad decided to drive me and Mary to school. Want to guess what happened next?

WE HAD AN ACCIDENT.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Thank God we didn't die or anything. Apperently, Nad wanted to go to an ATM but then she missed it and was about to reverse when she mistakenly reversed the car soooooooo quickly that it moved up the curb and broke the exhaust pipe. So the exhaust pipe was left dangling and was even dragged all along the road, making this very weird metallic bottly sound.

So off we went, both Mary and I to the nearest shop to search for any string that is strong of course. Handkerchief too, you know, to push back the exhaust and tie it up. But when we reached the car, there were already 3 mamats trying to show off their mechanical skills lah! Haha! I have absolutely no idea how Nad got them to do it!

The car lasted and could even sent Mary and I to Irsyad. Plus Nad is safely tucked in at home, the car being perfect all over again.

My body's wracked with fever for 3 days already. I stuffed myself with panadols just to get through the day. You know what, I have homeworks to do but I feel so lazy to do them. I want to push them aside can? Thinking about Econs just makes me woozy. Mrs A gave us so much homework, dah ala-ala budak uni gitu. Hehe. It's not as if I'm going to take Econs in Uni. Oh no. Not ever.

On Wednesday, the school celebrated Chinese New Year and on that day marks the day I finally learn some steps of the so-called official School orientation dance. Thanks eh Sel. Hahahaha! SOMEBODY CALL 911!

I was clueless! I thought of joining those who didn't want to dance at the back but Sel pulled me. Hamizah forced me to dance. Then Humairah also approached us, "Macam mana nak joget ah?" I HAVE NO FRWAKING IDEA BECAUSE I ALSO SNEAKED AWAY INTO THE TOILET DURING THE MASS DANCE HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Then I saw the girls in Munirah's class, all standing there looking stoned. I want to join you all! Heeeee!

So, there were Lion Dances (performed by our very own teachers!!! -----> SIGN TERKEJUT!), performances by Chinese Orchestra (Sumi played the cello!), dance by the MLEP students (at this point of time I was like WTH, CNY celebration performed by Malay students??? -..- But nontheless, I applaud Nat and Haziqah. Korang awesome ke tahap maksima!) oh and the mass dance.

Well, on Monday; that was the first day of school, we had a Math lecture. When we were streaming into the hall, people were making noises then I craned my neck, trying to see what was wrong. Well, nothing was wrong except for the fact that THERE WAS A BIRD ON THE LECTURE THEATRE'S STAGE OMG!

As you can see, on the right is the lecturer and the bird's somehow looking at her. It kept flying around the LT. Apparently, when we entered the LT again two days later for Math, it has died on one of the seats. Poor birdie. It was probably the lack of food and ventilation that did this to you.

The lack of posts could only suggest to you that I was busy the whole week. When school starts, you'll see that there'll be lack of posts here and on my twitter. Rindu jugak. Haha.

The first week of school is now gone and I tell you, it's very tiring and now I have fever, right when there's exams next week and lots of assignments to be done. I guess I'll just swallow some pills and mug like some gila person. I'll try to be hardworking okay? You know I always fail at that. Hehe.

On Monday, I went to Yusof Ishak Secondary School with a couple of my schoolmates whom I never talked to before to promote IJC. HA HA HA. The students there ran away when they heard 'JC'. Whyyyyyyyyyyy? Don't you know that by entering a JC, you have about more than 80% chances of going into uni? Oh. Nabilah got Bukit Panajang Govt High which I wanted because I can kaypo2 with Miqdad's results. Alas, she was the one who gave out the brochure to Miqdad and my eveil brother just left it on the floor. Kurang asam nye brother. He also got 14 for his raw L1R5 (same as mine!). But then it was minused by 4 so now, he put SAJC as his first choice. My dream school. Tsk.

Tuesday and Wednesday. IJC open house. Thank you Ezzati, Muneeroah, Aminah, Dhania and Khairunnisa for coming. At least I have some juniors to show IJC to. Had to mend Choir's booth for the whole day and had to sing Fire for a gabazillion times for these 2 days. Here are some pics.

I've been noticing that my blog's full of posts regarding school. Sorry, I can't help it. Haha, I think that's the most exciting thing in my life. Yes, what a life.

A few days more till school reopens and just now at exactly 4.59PM, I received a text from 'InnovaJC'.

Dear Innovians, welcome back to IJC on 10th Jan, pls be reminded of the need to be appropriately attired and to have an acceptable hairstyle. We want to start on the right footing for a fruitful year of learning together.

I know right. The school is so caring. I bet the principal made the sentences up and passed it on to the office people to be sent to us. Nice, just nice.

Remind me to wash both of my school shoes by Friday thanks. My track shoes have been pink since forever (because of the track in school). Hehe. Kemproh betul ni anak. My Vans also got this yellow stain which is very stubborn and cannot be removed. Just plain stubborn.

Oh yeah. Just now Shazaa had this status on FB that talked about Usul Fiqh and my mind suddenly wandered to Ustazah Faridah. She taught me Ulum Quran and I feel so guilty because slept in her classes every single time. You know, just propped my head on the desk behind the book, action2 hear her teaching us. WOW. I was so jahat. And it's such a waste. I missed out on the 'ilm that she was trying to taught us. Awwww...

Since school starts in a week. I've been panicking. My homeworks are still not done. Haha. As usual. Left with integration to practise, bits and pieces of vectors, physics tutorial and half of econs (which I don't think I am motivated to do since it's a H1 subject. May Allah bless me).

I watched Tron yesterday and I'm loving the motorcycle there. It looked so cool in black with the tron lights thingy going on. Oh, there is also the Razr mouse BUT the Tron version on sale. Cooool riiiiiiiiiight?

MBLAQ's Cry video has been released and I don't like the song. It sounds so... Emo. But Joon got to sing most of the time, so I guess that's a good thing.

Gosh. I think I'm so bored that I even posted 2 posts in the space of 3 hours. Bravo Syafiqah! I am so full right now. I just had my McSpicy with cheese meal. Then as usual, the stomachache came and well... You know what happened. Nyeheheh!

That is what happen every single time I eat. High metabolism rate? Hahahaha! I'm not sure. But I think if not for it, at the rate I always eat since I was 11 years old would have made me fat. Uber fat. I guess maybe that's it. But I do want to shed another 3kg, just to pull it down to 45kg because the number looks so pretty. Riiight? So, I actually am a bit excited to run in school during PE, believe it or not.

My cousins from dad's side planned an outing for the first day of 2011. I knew it was gonna be awkward and yeah, it's true. It is damn awkward. Khaulah's not helping either. She's bisu. As usual. We went and watch Yogi Bear and omg! Booboo is so cute! I love his voice and his intelligence. His height makes him even cuter. THAT VOICE. ''Yogi! Grab my paw!" Awwwww...

Anyways, it's 2011 and all I can think about is the A LEVELS!!! Grrrr... When am I going to take my studies seriously? I am so lazy. I just need somebody to kick me on the hind when they see me lazing around. I need guidance man. And I'm kind of excited for school to reopen, haha, padahal homework belum habis. I plan on asking the teacher in charge to let me out earlier during the duty on the first day of school since I have to go to Irsyad. Hopefully he or she will be a very nice person.

Harris bought me Taffies from San Francisco. They're these very chewy and gummy like sweets and they came in very bright colours and unexpected flavours. I ate half and my family ate half. And there's once I got this one that looked like strawberry ripple and so I ate it. But then I spit it out. That one tasted soooooo spicy and herby and weird until my mouth reeked of the smell for I don't know how many hours. But overall, the candies were beyond awesome. Haha, thank you so much!

You want me to talk about my new year's resolutions? Naaaaah. I never had one. It's because I know that I'll never put in the effort to make them come true. Haha. The past few days had been tiring but fulfilling. Spent them with friends and been doing a bit of school work. Yeah. Forever and always cannot finish my holiday homework. It had been taking a toll on my head, day in day out migraines. Fooooh! December 2011, please come soon.

Watched Gulliver's Travel with Dilot and Mai and I love the ending of the movie. The princess just didn't act like one at the end. Haha. The song and all. Okay, I think you guys should watch it yourself.

Yesterday was a day with the Bukhara. I will forever and ever love you girls lah. To tell you the truth, I'm very excited and can't wait for one of us to get married. Then we can rewang together. Fun kan!

And Mdm Su called just now because she needed help with some stuff. I could hear Sumaiyyah in the background and she was making a lot of noise since she's recovering from fever. But then, it was so cute! I wish I could pinch her cheeks now.

I've bought my school bag for year 2011 and it's bright blue! I like! I thought of buying it in this beige-innova like colour but then it'll blend in with the uniform. Urgh. No good. I bought a water bottle along with it. Plus it's blue. Hehe.

Miqdad already bought his school shoes. Haha. Padahal results belum dapat but he's set on going to Pioneer JC. All the best bro. If you get in, I'll be jealous of your uni man. Dah tahu masuk Pioneer eh? Then I could wear the pretty grey skirt. Hahahaha. Yes, I'm all about the colours.

But in the end, I chose Innova because of the facilities and the friends I have there. There's always a reason for everything that happens. =)

We, the sec 509, together with Nuha and Rifqah had athletics training with Mr Esmadi. I thought of only running for a few rounds yesterday at Yio Chu Kang but I ended up having drills for sprinting. I mean, next year I have to run 10 rounds around the track during P.E so I wanted to buid up my stamina. I managed to do only 3 yesterday (fail!), hahahaha, kay. Friday I'll try for 6?

Today. Johor with Humaira and family. We went to Jusco and had our lunch at Secret Recipe. My Mac & Cheese mad me hungry even more. The serving was blaah! So I went and by myself KFC afterwards. We had tons of Auntie Anne's and also Baskin Robbins (sp?).

I dragged mummy to Megatex this morning. I thought of buying a very cheap digi cam, the ones which cost about $100 and below. But I ended up buying a Samsung camera which cost me $300. Anyways, that price was already discounted by $200. So I went to buy it. Then the stupidest thing came afterwards.

I just paid for the camera when suddenly there was a lelong of a Samsung digi cam. This is a more expensive model and they were giving out coupons worth $300 just to buy that camera. So, it ended up being $249. I was pissed man. When the women holding out the 'break-out' deal placards walked right in front of me, I felt like I was being mocked at. Pffft. I could have saved $50. Nevertheless, it just wasn't my rezeki to begin with.

So, now I have this!

Mine's in purple, my favourite colour! And it's perfect for people who loves to camwhore (I'm not one ah...) since your image can be displayed right at the front of the camera.

What else? Oh. Dad just bought a new phone and it's exactly the same as Khaulah. Hahahahahahaha! Tenet.

I've been lazy to update for the whole week. Yes, I know. Haha.

Just now I had netball at Woodlands and I had fun with the girls. We played more of Monopoly Deal instead of netball. Haha! Will be going out with the cousins tomorrow. Kakak Yuyul asked me to go watch Narnia but instead I asked my makcik to take over my place since I've watched it already. So I'll be coming over tomorrow to just... EAT! =D

My aunt has also arrived from Turkey and she bought me pashminas and a handbag (this bag costs her 150 euros lah sey!). There were also nuts and mummy made chocolates out of them.

You know my house can have access to the net in numerous ways? For one thing, we have a desktop pc in the living room, 2 laptops and 1 netbook (one's mine, one's for Miqdad, for jc and all (i know -..-), the netbook's mom's)(sui-sui enough for the 4 of us, haha). Guarantee by the end of December, the bill's sky high. I pity dad actually. I'm trying to make full use of myself trying to use the lappy as little as possible and try to literally scream at my siblings if they use them for too long. I'm a great daughter riiiight? *winkwink*

Anyways, I finally had my Samurai burger yesterday and it was beyond awesome! It's exactly the same as the quarter pounder except that the beef was marinated in Teryaki sauce and the sauce was yummyummyumm. It tasted sweet. Too bad it couldn't be sweet AND spicy. If not, confirm legend punya.

Friday's Narnia meetup was also cancelled and is postponed to next Tuesday. Tak sabar nak watch!

Currently, I'm done trying to do homeworks because every time I face them, migraines will come and attack. Wawawawa. So maybe will continue this weekends? So, I've decided to spend my time playing Counter Strike and now I'm quite addicted to it. I want to become pro ah. Thank you Harris for showing me the ropes and all.

And he'll be leaving Singapore for San Francisco next Thursday. For 2 weeks. =( But I did asked him to take pictures of the Halliwell manor if he did chance upon it. Don't laugh, only I can laugh at this. Hahahahaha! Fat chance sey ni.
